My yoga classes are designed for beginners and those with some yoga experience. Yoga can transform your life, relieve suffering and bring inner happiness that is not dependent on external circumstances. Join me to start your yoga journey. As my journey, as a teacher, is just starting, my classes will grow and develop with me. This website will reflect my journey.
Beginners' yoga
An introductory classes for those new to yoga, focusing on fundamental poses, alignment, and conscious breathing. Develop a strong foundation for your yoga journey. Each class will teach you something new: the new breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga poses (asana), aspects to focus on. The more classes you attend, the fuller your experience will be.
Preparing for your first class
Here's what you need to know to get the most out of your first Inner Space Yoga with Diana class. We want you to feel comfortable and prepared as you begin your yoga journey.
What to bring
Please bring your own yoga mat. A blanket is recommended for relaxation. While yoga props are provided, feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Practical information
Please arrive just before the class; the room opens 5 minutes before the start time. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Yoga is practiced barefoot, but socks are welcome during relaxation.
